Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to create and maintain accounts, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain business and legal records, and protect the website from misuse. We use personal data for these purposes and do not use it for unrelated purposes without the required notice or permission.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google shares information you authorize, including your name and email address, so we can create or access your Viroha Fashions account. We use that information for account authentication and account-related services. Google processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. You can contact us to request deletion of the Viroha account associated with that email address; this does not delete your Google account.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential PHP session cookies to keep you signed in and support website functions. Google Sign-In and Google reCAPTCHA are also integrated; Google may process technical information or use cookies when those services load or are used, subject to Google’s privacy policy. The application source reviewed for this policy does not contain an analytics tracker. If analytics or other tracking is enabled through hosting, a tag manager, or another service, this policy must be updated to identify it before that tracking is used. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in or other website functions.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the store, such as with delivery or payment service providers involved in an order, authentication or security providers such as Google, or when required by law. Service providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services.

How long we keep information

Draft retention periods for review: account information is kept while the account is active and, after a deletion request or account closure, is deleted within 30 days unless it must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Order and accounting records may be kept for up to 8 years where needed for legal or tax obligations. Contact enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after the matter is closed. Contact-form attachments are deleted within 90 days after the enquiry is resolved, unless needed for a dispute or legal requirement. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes. These periods must be checked against our actual record-keeping and deletion practices before publication.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for information about personal data associated with your account or enquiry, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission where processing is based on your consent.
